Mark Liversidge is Chief Digital, Technology and Experience Officer for The Student Hotel (TSH), where he oversees the hybrid hospitality group’s digital transformation with a view to create meaningful connections, personalised experiences and business opportunities in a hybrid-space environment.
Mark is responsible for all technology, digital platforms and guest experience, placing technology at the core of TSH sector defining hybrid hospitality operating model and customer experience.
Mark has held a variety of executive roles across commercial, marketing, product, customer experience, retail and technology in multiple consumer markets. He has a master’s in strategy & innovation from Oxford University and is a graduate in European Studies from Durham University.
He is deeply interested in the study of behavioral economics and neuroscience, with a focus on Millennial and GenZ consumers. Twice in the Global Top 40 Under 40, named Asia’s Most Influential CMO and awarded in branding, marketing, digital, mobile and retail design.
Mark advises sporting and mental health charities and is a passionate sportsman, currently Director of Coaching for Junior Rugby in his spare time.
